Quaker samplers have become a favorite of quite a few needlework sampler makers. As I wander through everyone’s beautiful creations, I have this burning to desire to create one of my own to cherish. This one is a beautiful sampler called Mary Wigham, charted by Needleprint.
You can get it for free at Needleprint’s blog. However, they do ask for donations to the Ackworth School. I gave $10.. $1 a page… and bought Jane Greenoff’s charting application that came with Beatrix Potter sampler.
There’s also a blog that I love to visit often called Quaker Inspired
Mary Wigham, done in random conversion to HDF silks, done 1-over-1 on 32ct French Country.
